200L/drum Cutting Fluid—Metalworking Lubricant—Lubricant Oil Company Shanghai R&D Center 1. Overview: Annual consumption of metalworking fluids in China: 1.6 to 2.0 million tons. Category M—Metalworking Forming and Processing Lubricants; Category R—Cutting Fluids; Category U—Anti-rust Greases and Oils. Among these, 25%–30% are used for forming and processing, while 45%–50% are used for cutting operations. A composite oil is obtained by adding a certain proportion (5%–10%) of animal and vegetable oils to mineral oil, making it suitable for light-load cutting operations. Extreme-pressure cutting oils contain extreme-pressure additives such as sulfur, phosphorus, and chlorine, meeting the requirements of deep metalworking operations on ferrous metals, gears, and other components. Active cutting oils incorporate active sulfur compounds and other similar substances, making them ideal for deep-hole drilling and tapping of high-alloy materials.
