The Micro-emulsion oil mist cutting fluid C17 is specially formulated as a lubricant for the market’s near-dry cutting technology. It consists of esters, oil additives, extreme-pressure agents, surface tension reducers, and other components. Near-dry cutting, also known as Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) or spray lubrication cooling, is a novel lubrication technique that involves thoroughly mixing compressed air with oil mist and then rapidly spraying the mixture into the machining zone to achieve both lubrication and cooling effects.
