Technical Requirements for Use

Yinxing Eco-friendly cleaning agent Chemical formulations used for cleaning industrial dirt or scale generally should meet the following technical requirements. For cleaning agents intended for different cleaning purposes and targeting different objects, these requirements may be emphasized or adjusted accordingly.

(1) The cleaning agent quickly removes dirt and thoroughly dissolves it. The cleaning agent itself exhibits strong reactivity, dispersion, or dissolution capabilities, enabling it to remove dirt relatively completely within a limited timeframe.

(2) Damage to the cleaned object shall be within the limits permitted by the production license. Corresponding measures shall be in place to inhibit corrosion that may occur on metals, and the level of metal corrosion shall be extremely low.

(3) Low overall cleaning costs, minimal corrosion to equipment, no need to neutralize waste liquids, and no excessive resource consumption.

(4) The cleaning agent shall be non-toxic or low-toxic to living organisms and the environment, and the waste gases, wastewater, and solid wastes generated shall be free of pollution and capable of being treated to meet the requirements of relevant national regulations.

(5) The cleaning process leaves no insoluble residues on the surface of the object being cleaned, does not generate new contaminants, does not form any new coatings that could harm subsequent processing steps, and does not affect product quality. (6) It does not produce foam or odors that would compromise the cleanliness of the cleaning process or the hygiene of the site.
