A vacuum hydrocarbon cleaning machine leverages the physical changes of liquids under vacuum conditions to alter certain properties of hydrocarbon cleaning agents and the objects being cleaned, thereby maximizing the benefits while minimizing the drawbacks and enabling the hydrocarbon cleaning agent to perform more effectively.

In recent years, strategic emerging industries—represented by next-generation information technology, equipment manufacturing, biotechnology, and energy conservation and environmental protection—have been developing rapidly. For the manufacture of critical and foundational components, their performance and quality must approach or even surpass internationally advanced standards. All of this places higher and more stringent technical demands on heat treatment processes, equipment, and processing services. Some fast, environmentally friendly, and non-toxic cleaning technologies have already been integrated into the cleaning processes before and after heat treatment, becoming indispensable steps in the production chain. Vacuum Hydrocarbon Cleaning Machine By leveraging the physical changes of liquids under vacuum conditions, we can modify certain properties of hydrocarbon cleaning agents and the objects being cleaned, thereby maximizing their advantages while minimizing their drawbacks.

Vacuum Hydrocarbon Cleaning Machine The main functions in cleaning are:

  1. Remove air from the cleaning agent to reduce ultrasonic attenuation.

To enhance cleaning effectiveness, cleaning machines typically employ ultrasonic technology. Ultrasonic vibrators oscillate tens of thousands of times per second, generating acoustic pressures exceeding 100,000 pascals—sounds that are just within the range audible to the human ear. During the cleaning process, ultrasonic waves propagate radially through the liquid, causing the cleaning fluid to flow and generating a large number of tiny vacuum bubbles. This phenomenon is known as cavitation. The liquid flow induced by cavitation, combined with the energy released when tens of thousands of high-pressure vacuum bubbles implode instantaneously, continuously impacts the surface of the objects being cleaned, rapidly dislodging dirt from surfaces and crevices.

However, under normal atmospheric pressure, Vacuum Hydrocarbon Cleaning Machine When air particles dissolved in a liquid encounter ultrasonic waves, bubbles are generated. As a result, the cavitation effect of the ultrasonic waves is significantly weakened, leading to a reduction in cleaning efficiency. In a vacuum state, the gases dissolved in the cleaning agent are removed, thereby preventing the attenuation of the ultrasonic waves. This effect can be verified through an aluminum foil experiment: Carbon-hydrogen cleaning agents that have not undergone vacuum degassing and those that have been vacuum-degassed are respectively added to cleaning tanks, and aluminum foil is cleaned using ultrasonic waves at the same power level for 1 minute. Consequently, the cleaning agent that has not been degassed exhibits only slight vibration, while the aluminum foil remains virtually unchanged. After vacuum degassing, however, the cleaning agent vibrates vigorously, and numerous tiny holes quickly appear on the aluminum foil.

  2. Remove air from the workpiece surface and pores to enhance cleaning effectiveness.

In conventional cleaning processes, air trapped in blind holes, on rough surfaces, and in narrow gaps prevents the cleaning agent from penetrating effectively, resulting in "cleaning blind spots" and often leading to poor cleaning results. After applying vacuum technology, air can be completely evacuated from part surfaces, gaps, and blind holes, allowing the cleaning agent to fully immerse every part of the workpiece and ensuring that all areas achieve optimal cleaning performance. For workpieces with complex structures and deep blind holes, the air can be completely removed through multiple vacuum and degassing cycles. Therefore, the cleaning effect under vacuum conditions is superior to that achieved under atmospheric pressure conditions. Vacuum Hydrocarbon Cleaning Machine Its cleaning performance is superior to that of conventional cleaners.
