JY-9026 High-Gloss Cutting Fluid is a transparent, pale-yellow, water-based liquid meticulously formulated using newly imported, environmentally friendly raw materials. It is the optimal replacement for alcohol-based high-gloss machining fluids. Primarily used in the processing of high-gloss products, this fluid boasts high machining brightness, excellent tool protection (tested and proven to extend tool life by more than 30% compared to alcohol), easy rinsing, environmental friendliness, non-flammability, and recyclability. This product is also suitable for CNC machining of certain types of parts. Its usage cost is more than five times lower than that of alcohol-based fluids. JY-9026 High-Gloss Cutting Fluid complies with the EU’s RoHS standards and comes with an authentic testing report. Performance indicators: Group

Performance metrics:

Ingredients: Natural plant fatty acids, polyglycol ethers, alkanolamides, nonionic surfactants, and others.

Appearance: Transparent, uniform liquid

Specific gravity (20℃): 0.98

pH (1:10): 7.2–8.2

Boiling point: 100℃

Flash point: Boiling without flashing.

Dispersibility: Can be dispersed in aqueous systems at any ratio.

Corrosion (1:20): 0

How to use:

Use a circulating spray at a concentration of 5%–10% (spraying is not recommended, as the cutting fluid is non-volatile and spraying would result in heavy mist in the workshop). After machining is complete, simply rinse with clean water and then blow dry.

Note: For most products, the processing parameters can be consistent with those used for alcohol-based processing. However, some products may require appropriate adjustments to the processing speed and cutting depth.

Note: If knife marks appear, please replace the cutting tool promptly. Cutting fluids place higher demands on cutting tools and offer better protection for the tools than alcohol does.

Daily maintenance management:

1. For reusable use, it is recommended to replace the fluid about once a week. If the device has been idle for an extended period and is being used again, it is recommended to replace the fluid with a fresh one.

2. When reusing the filter, be sure to filter thoroughly. It’s recommended to choose a fine-mesh filter to prevent any debris from being carried along during circulation.
